Karol House

​Karol House is a physiotherapist and Pilates educator with over 30 years of clinical and movement expertise. She qualified as a physiotherapist in 1992 and as a Pilates instructor in 2002, training under the Pilates Foundation and holding a Level 3 CYQ qualification. Her training includes courses with Alan Herdman, Classical Workshops with Jay Grimes, and an apprenticeship under Gordon Thompson, giving her a deep and well-rounded understanding of Pilates.

Karol combines postgraduate expertise in spinal and sports rehabilitation with a profound knowledge of Pilates as both a therapeutic and performance-enhancing practice. She integrates clinical precision with movement expertise to help clients and trainees achieve safe, effective, and lasting results.

Having worked across the NHS and private sector, she later founded a rehabilitation clinic and Pilates studio at The Queen’s Club, becoming a trusted referral partner for GPs, osteopaths, and chiropractors. She specialises in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain management.

​

As a co-educator at The Pilates School, Karol blends clinical insight with compassionate teaching, mentoring trainees to develop technical excellence, professional integrity, and the confidence to deliver safe, effective, and empowering Pilates sessions. She also holds a Level 3 Award in Training, Education & Assessment, further strengthening her ability to guide the next generation of Pilates professionals.

Vicky Evans

After 20 years of practicing Pilates, Vicky Evans chose to deepen her expertise and was invited to train at Pilates in Motion with Anoushka Boone, one of the UK’s most respected educators, where she completed her YMCA Level 3 Matwork qualification. She continued her advanced training under Lisa Bradshaw and has since become an established and sought-after teacher of Matwork, Reformer, and Studio Pilates, grounded in the principles and lineage of Classical Pilates while integrating modern, evidence-informed methods.

​Vicky brings a calm, intuitive teaching style that emphasises the mind–body connection, helping people of all ages and abilities move better, feel stronger, and gain confidence in their physical wellbeing. Her work is not just about exercise—it’s about helping clients feel energised, centred, and truly connected, both physically and mentally.

​

As a co-educator at The Pilates School, Vicky brings warmth, clarity, and precision to the learning environment, inspiring trainees to become thoughtful, confident instructors who understand how to deliver safe, impactful, and empowering sessions. She is passionate about mentoring the next generation of Pilates teachers, ensuring they graduate with both technical skill and the confidence to positively transform the lives of their clients.

Vicky also holds a Level 3 Award in Training, Education & Assessment, further strengthening her ability to guide and support aspiring Pilates professionals.
