Our Story
—

Karol started The Pilates School to offer high-quality Pilates training in small groups of no more than 10 students. Their vision is to raise standards in Pilates education and to create confident, knowledgeable instructors.

The Pilates School now offers a range of comprehensive Pilates teacher training courses designed to support students at every stage of their journey, from foundational study to advanced certification.

Our courses provide this through a balanced approach that combines practical training, theoretical education, and guided observation. During their study students develop confidence, precision, and clarity in their teaching. Each course is thoughtfully designed to honour the integrity of the Pilates method while supporting professional growth in a modern teaching environment.
